When you accomplish mini goals, how to you treat yourself? What about when you get to goal? Have you set a prize at th eend of the line? I treat myself to new clothes when I reach mini goals, and when I get to goal, I will start taking English riding lessons again, I did it fromt he time I was 10 till I was 18. My daughter takes lessons, she is 6 years old and she is already pretty good, I'd like to be able to get us both horses in the future so we can go trailing together. -Flávia

WOW I have been having this desire to go horseback riding for the longest and obviously I can't do it right now! But... it'll be a great reward once I've reached a goal! Mind you I haven't done this since I was about 6, I would have to re-learn! By the way congrats on your new fit!!!! Johanna

I definitely go shopping when I want to treat myself. I really dont need clothes because I have so many already in many, many different sizes. So I tend to buy stuff for the house or the dogs. Dont get me wrong, when I find a bargain in my size or my soon-to-be size, I pick it up and enjoy it while I can. I started my journey in 30/32 and now am in 22/24, I still have a long way to go, but it is so nice to be able to donate those bigger sizes once I know I cant wear them again. I am getting ready to do major home improvements on the house so I'm sure I will soon be treating myself to stuff at HomeDepot versus the mall. I used to ride English when I was a kid and my 15 y/o neice does it now. I look forward to the day when I can ride any style again and not have to worry about wearing out the horse or the saddle slipping when I try to get on. Some day...
