Money in the mail

We just received the 401K we cashed in to pay for my Lap Band surgery. Still need to have Cardiac Clearance, UGI, GB ultrasound and psych evaluation. Anyone know the cost of the psych evaluation? Insurance pays for all but that and the surgery. Hate to spend the money but living with 300 pounds of fat is not what I call living.

My psych eval was $275, but I know someone who only paid $200. I guess you need to shop around.

I paid 150.00 for my psych eval, one visit 2 hours and she had the report to the doc in 1 week.
