Does Dr. Byers do hernia repairs?

I've called a couple of time to see if she would take me as a post WLS patient and have not gotten an answer. Now Henrietta is getting pretty big, and I am going to need to have her repaired soon, and I have been told by 2 doctors (my WLS in Ohio, and my PCP here) that I should see Dr. Byers at Jackson. I know she is head of the WLS program, but does she also do general surgical procedures also?

Boy, I hope I dont have a Henrietta! But then again, I hear that is a way to get a tummy tuck paid for by insurance. Good luck

I just hope I am ready for a TT when she needs to be repaired. She has behaved so far. Had her since July 2003...she is just so big and sticks out hard when I stand. Trying to figure out if she's bigger or I'm smaller...probably both.
