I am a 35 year old woman, who is very frustated and at her wit ends, I have been trying to find a surgeon who can preform a piniculectomy ( fancy name for large tummy tuck to get rid of an abdomonal apron). I have 3 children and I want most out of life is to become an active part in there life and have a good quality of life. I had othroscopic surgery on my left knee in june 04 and in august I had to have a total knee replacment on the left knee, I am also in the process of having the right knee taken care of also, I want to go to school and have a career in which this large abdomonal apron is hindering that process. I have joint deteration disease and the access weight in the front of me and the pulling of the apron is causing my body to break down on me and at such a young age. please if anyone can help or maybe point me in the right direction it would be so greatly appreciated. The Doctors are not having any luck with finding a Surgeon who will do this surgery , maybe someone out there has been through the same thing Thank You Everyone

Check out Dr. Revis. I've not used him personally, but he has lots of experience with gastric bypass patients. southfloridaplasticsurgery.com/index.html Good Luck, Erika L
I don't remember the PS name that specializes with obese patients here. I know my doc really believes in him. If you call Dr. Lee Grossbard in Zephyrhills, they should be able to tell you his name. There # is (813) 788-5569. Best Wishes, Terri
