Help with BCBS(ppo)!

I put in for approval for GBPS in April of this year and I was denied because I didnt have 6months of Doc WL Supervision. So my Doc put me on one I have completed it and they resubmitted to insurance company and they are giving me the runaround they want to go as far as 1996 and from my understanding they only go 2 yrs. The first time they denied me they said all I needed was 6months of wl supervision from doc. and now they have everything and they are giving me such a hard time. Can anyone give me some input. Can I take legal actions?

I know excally how you feel. I hired obesitylaw.com and was approved in 7 days. I did not even have to do the six months with the lawyer, cause i did have weigh****cher for over six months. I would fight to the end. Call obesitylaw.com and atleast talk to them. I also had blue cross blue shield. but i think my might be hmo, where you have to select one doctor and go to that doctor. Keep us posted.

I did not have a problem but my doctor copied his complete file and sent it in. I have the HMO and I am not sure if that makes a difference.

Thanks guys for your respond. I spoke with a very nice lady at BCBS she told me that I should be getting an answer by late today no later than Mon moring. She said that they should only go back 2yrs but it was up to med review. I'll keep yall posted..
