Thanks to all of you *****plied to my post. That's such a positive reinforcement for me that other people who have had this WLS do care!! Well I went to the Dr's and everything is looking good..... The staple removal stung a bit, but hey small price to pay for such a big procedure! I now can start on puried food. I thought it would be good to start off on baby food. I still have my protein shakes to keep up the protein, and of course my liquid iron and chewable vits to take. Talk to you soon. Linda

Dont you feel better having your staples out? Mine didnt really bother me, but I did feel much better once they were gone! Good luck with that baby food , I couldnt do it myself, just the thought grossed me out. Keep us posted. Amy
