Good morning to all.
It is a beautiful day in the panhandle and I hope all is well with you. I am now on my 16th day out and I have felt better in this 16 than in the last 20 years. Each day is getting better. I hope the same for everyone else.
I have lost 20# at this time and although I would love it to be a lot more, that seems to be a respectable amount.
Just a cute note: My teen daughters gave me a little sign yesterday for my kitchen.
Said........."Raising teenagers is like nailing jello to the wall". For you that are or have raised teens, you will understand this.
If you WERE a teenager, you probably understand also. :rohl:
Have a great day
Carol

Congrats on the weight loss! I am looking forward to when I can post my weight loss (insurance approval is pending).
I just loved your daughters sign, I have two teenagers 13 & 17. I have a sign in the shape of a chicken that says "Raising kids is like being pecked to death by chickens" - I like yours better, although there has been times....
Congrats again!
