you know someone was going to say something about strawberries and whipped cream. I just couldn't resist.....
By the way, my doc recommends strawberries and blueberries topped with lowfat yogurt. So I bet whipped cream is fine. It actually has less carbs than yogurt.
I am sure you have many many many admirers. 
They are just embarassed to come out of the wood work. Your look intimidates them. I AM SURE.

Tonight, I made a cake for my team for tomorrow. I learned this one at Weigh****chers years ago, it is SO easy to make (2 ingredients) and is virtually FF. Perfect for this time of year!
1 sm can 100% pure pumpkin (NOT pumpkin pie mix)
1 box Duncan Hines spice cake mix
Mix together, pour into a baking pan and bake according to box instructions. I used a 13x9 glass pan, baked it for 30 minutes at 350.
Top with a dollop of FF Cool Whip, if you like.
I admit I had a very small peice and savored every little bite
