hi everyone i had my gastric bypass surgery on sept 16th and thought i was doing well until two weeks ago when i started feeling sick on sunday then monday i started running to the bathroom non stop. i went to the hospital monday evening and found out i had a bladder infection and didn't know it because ussually there is burning when urinating i never had that. then came the diarea all day long i was so weak i was barely able to get dressed to go to the hospital, but my hubby made me.thank god he did i was dehydrated all my electrolites were flushed out. i ended up in the hospital 5 days.since i didn't know i had the infection it went to my colon. i had a bad bacterial infection in my colon which the dr's said was very hard to treat because they had to treat the bladder infection and it makes the colon worse.i had a lot of spasms in the colon. now i'm home and on a lot of antibiotics so please all my friends in here keep me in your thoughts and prayers

Hi Brenda. I am so glad you are back home. So sorry to hear about you being sick but it sounds like hubby came to the rescue and got you to the hospital in time. I will be sending good thoughts and prayers your way for a speedy recovery.
