Question about soft foods phase
What you like and what you will do to make it work are two different things that get clouded over as time goes by.
Cream of wheat.
Eggs
I use SILK soy milk with my protein shake - KETO SLIM
Cauliflower boiled and pureed with a little velveeta
underwood deviled ham
refried beans with a little low fat sour cream and a tsp of mild salsa
soups - any creamed and run through a blender
S/F apple sauce
Hormel beanless chili
White meat tuna chopped to oblivion
