Hi AMOS Family, I was just curious how much you weigh right now and what size clothes are you wearing? For me I have lost 71lbs to date (current weight (325)lbs, but don't see a significant change in the clothes size I wear. I am trying to get into a size 28 jeans right now that I have had for a couples years. I can pull them up, but its seems I still need to lose a good 15 maybe 20lbs before they will fit. I am still in a size 30/32 where I started at. Granted I wear alot of stretch waste pants. My sister who weighs 309lbs is in a size 26 pants and I dont think I will be able to fit a 26 pants when I am at 309lbs. Anyhow, I was just curious where you sit? MICHELLE

I've lost 32 lbs. and I'm still wearing all my clothes. Some seem a bit looser, but I haven't gone down a size just yet. Jan

I started out at 327 the day of surgery and my 24's were getting very tight. I am down to 267 as of 2 days ago, and wearing 20's but they are starting to get loose now. Oh I am also 5'9. Tracey

We are all so different even in body shapes and sizes. When I started this journey I was 275 in 24-26. I am now 173 in between 14-16. But I know I need a tummy tuck when all is said and done. Others weigh what I do and wear smaller sizes. Even in this post, people were larger than I and wearing my size. I am 5' 7".

Hey Michelle, everyone has a different shape and at different hights so you can't compare. I started at 307 and I was in tight 24's. Now I have lost 77 pounds and at 230 I wear between a 16 and an 18. You have lost so much weight that I would not worry about the size of your clothes. Eventually your size will go down just like your waist line. Good Luck in you Successful Journey!!!!!!! Christine 307/230/150

Hey Michelle, I was 385 on my day of surgery. And I wore a size 34 shorts and a 5x shirt into the hospital. I have now lost 77lbs in the last 10 weeks. I can fit into a 24 shorts and a 2x shirt. The clothing I notice the most not fitting is my panties. I think it all just depends on what area of your body your weight is coming off of. Karee

Michelle, I started at 432 and am now 331. Prior to surgery I was wearing 30/32 bottoms and 26/28 tops, now I am very comfortable in 22-24 tops and 26 bottoms, working towards 24s. Keep in mind I am nearly 5'11. What I hate most is my belly, pants that fit me in the waist are usually too big in the butt and legs, but I have to deal with it until I lose more. I cant wait to be out of the twenties, then I'll be anxious to get out of double digits. Patience, patience, patience

Hi Michelle! I just celebrated 10 mos post op yesterday. I have been stable a month now at 120. I've lost 106 pounds. My starting size (last December) was a 20/22. I now wear 2's and 4's. Be patient with yourself. Even when the weight slowed I still lost inches. God bless. LuvitsunnyV@goal
