How many surgeries have you had?

Wow, I didn't know they did tubals throught the belly button, that's awesome. I had an exploratory laparotomy and they took out one of my fallopian tubes, I was curious if that pain is similar. I was cut all the way across the pubic line (horizontally) and that was hard/painful for about 4 weeks. I had to walk around hunched, slowly, and holding my stomach (the pouch part) so that it wouldn't pull on the incision. I definitely couldn't sleep on my stomach for a loooong time. The scarring is pretty visible too, luckily it's right where the crease is for the pouch aka the "butt in the front" LOL

the lap RNY was more difficult than one of my sections, but a lot easier than the other one. So go figure! LOL!

And I thought that I was the only one. 1983 - Breast Reduction 1990 - Tonsilectomy 2000 - Heart Surgery 2002 - C-Section 2004 - Lap RNY (Oct 25!!) The breast reduction was the most painful, and (believe it or not) the heart surgery was the easiest. Kristen
