I'm Home!

Well...I had the surgery on the 6th and got home on Sunday. I'm tired, my back hurts from laying on it so long...but I am getting better at laying on my side now. Doing a lot of coughing and dry throat. Trying to keep up with my protein and fluids, but it is hard sometimes...but trying. Thanks for everyones support. Betty

It took me longer than that to even lie down properly. By this time, I was still sleeping on the couch!! You're doing great!! I can relate to the sore back though, and that will slowly get better too. Welcome home! Jan

Welcome home Betty,,, the back problems are pretty common,, I bought a back messager for my chair, I loved it,, then one day I woke up and the pain was gone,, amazing! The first few weeks are rough,, soon you will forget about it and start loving the new you,, welcome home,, Christy
