10/30 Central FL Meet and Greet

Just another reminder that our next Meet and Greet is Saturday, October 30 at 12pm in the Altamonte Mall in their large food court. Look for balloons to identify our group tables. This is a fun, casual environment, come and go as you please and enjoy some shopping while you are at it Last time we had 22 friends show up, I would love to see if we can beat that this time. Bring a friend, family, kids, anyone...no worries. We just want to meet each other face to face, share stories, pics, support, advice and hopefully form some new friendships. If you have any recipes, books, protein samples, clothing to donate to other post-ops, etc. please bring it along. Hope you can make it! Amy B. -96lbs.

I'm willing to come, but I might have to wear a name tag. I'm down almost 30 lbs. already and by that time it might be 40, and no one will recognize me!! HA!!!! I'll be the birthday girl whose starting to look better than I did the last time!! Jan
