Kim, I am planning to go to the meet-n-greet on October 30. I had such fun the last time! I feel FANTASTIC and I'm already starting to see a difference in myself, although so far no one else has noticed, which suits me fine to tell you the truth. I never cared at all about pasta or Coke, but I was a mass quantity eater and don't miss that at all. Thus far I'm having no problems with anything. I'm following the rules I was given, taking my vitamins and the thought "what on earth did I do to myself" has never even crossed my mind for an instant. The surgeon's diet moves you along so slowly that your system really has plenty of time to adjust, so I feel fine. I sort of expected some depression problems, but I'm practically euphoric. I can't wait until you're on the losing side, too! See ya soon!! Jan

I'm so excited for you! Be sure and let us know your surgery date. You give me such hope! My paperwork is submitted to UHC as I write this and I'm a tee-total nervous wreck about it!

Kimberly, Congratulations!!!!

I did not get to meet the US Bariatrics group, but I have a friend who has had her surgery w/ them and she is 2 years post op doing WONDERFULY!!! I had my surgery overseas, had I done it in Florida, it would have been with them!!! Congratualtions, you are in VERY good hands! Don't worry about a thing. Come meet everyone at the meet&greet!
