Searching for Plastic Surgeon

Can anyone tell me a plastic surgeon on Ft Lauderdale or near by that bills the insurance company for plastic surgery?

i dont know of any -- but I have heard that burn units have plastic surgeons who will do it for free if you donate your skin... I dont know if this is true, i am trying to find out -- if i hear of anything I will be sure to let you know.

I have heard about that somewhere. I will have to check my references again. I know some insurance companies pay for PS if it has a medical reason as opposed to cosmetic. Chafing skin, rashes, hygiene, etc. Carol

Lamisil or Lomitil or something. Now I will go to the dermatologist EVERY SINGLE TIME I get a little itchiness or rash, and have it on record. Then after a year, let HIM write the recommendation. Hey, I get the rashes, it's not like I don't. Antoinnette, I am on the west coast, so I don't know any plastice surgeons, but maybe you can call my bariatric surgeon, Dr Vaughan, in Jupiter, just a little North Of West Palm Beach, and he might be able to refer you to a plastic surgeon. Good luck. I am going to look into the donating my skin option, too, if the rashes don't work. LOL
