HI all

I had a few request about the Protein Balls and it's recipe, so I came to post it here as requested.

Protein Balls
1 cup of chocolate protein powder
1 cup of peanut butter (chunky or smooth, your preference)
1 cup of non-fat dry milk
1 cup of rice crispy cereal
Splenda to taste
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
2 tablespoons of water (set aside)
Mix the peanut butter, protein powder and Splenda to taste. Add in the rice crispy cereal. Mix together. Form into 1 inch balls. Use the water that has been set aside to dip your fingers into if the mixture is sticky. This helps to form balls a bit more evenly.
Roll in cocoa powder... refrigerate!! AND ENJOY!
Each ball has about 10 grams of protein.. so they are sure handy on the run.
