Chef David Fouts in Jacksonville

The Jacksonville Area Bariatric Support Group will be hosting Chef David Fouts on Sunday October 17th at 1:00pm at the Embassy Suites Hotel on Baymeadows Road. Chef David is the worlds first executive chef for bariatric patients. He will be conducting a cooking seminar and his topic will be "Preparing a Holiday Meal for the Bariatric Patient." I might be able to attend this, is anyone up for a road trip to Jax? I live North of Orlando and could meet them near I-4. I do still need to confirm that I dont work that particular Sunday. I really want to start cooking more since my days of junk food and the drive-thru are few and far between compared to before surgery. Amy
