United Health Care for PS?

I have seen on this site that United Health Care is pretty good at covering WLS. But I have heard that they are notorious for denying plastic surgery...these people were in other state though. Anyone know UHC track record for approving plastic surgery in Florida?

I went to an online chat with a plastic surgeon from south Florida who said he doesn't deal with any insurance companies at all, because MOST of them never pay for PS. It's extremely difficult to get PS covered and you have to document the heck out of your rashes or whatever physical problems and even then it's a major uphill battle from what I've heard.
