Medical identification
I did an ebay search and found a couple who make them. I ordered one from a woman and it is lovely but way too big, so I need to send it back for it to be shortened. Unfortunately, that just hasnt been a priority for me lately so I havent sent it off yet. She had all kinds of bracelets- masculine and feminine. I wish I could remember her ebay id. But I think there were just a couple sellers on there.
Good luck

You don't need a medical ID braclet or anything like that, but it is very important that Doctors do know that you have had this surgery because your anatomy is no longer in the same place as most peoples. If you have had a gastric bypass you wouldn't want an NG tube or a scope shoved down your throat without them knowing this, because they could accidently puncture or injure your new pouch. Also, there are some meds that you should not take orally after having this surgery. It is just usfull if you were to ever be found unconscious. I plan on getting one, but I also have other allergies that I need to put on there.

I have several medical issues, and a latex allergy. I order my jewelry from medicalert.org. They have an online profile and engrave your medical issues, as well as your membership number on the jewelry. You also receive a wallet card and a sticker for your car window. When emergency personnel call the number and give your id number, they have access to all your medical conditions, allergies, doctor information, and medications, as well as a family/contact person. It costs something like $20 a year, but it's worth it to me just to know that my latex allergy can be addressed immediately and not cause more problems! Hope this helps.
