My appointments are all scheduled!

Hi everyone. Well, I am so excited today. After waiting for a couple of months trying to get my previous medical records, I now have all of my appointments lined up. And they are all within the next 2 weeks. Wow! My lab work is next Tuesday, my psych evaluation and nutrition evaluation are next Thursday and my appointment with Dr. Nye is 2 weeks from today on the 14th. I am both excited and nervous all at the same time. Wanda

congrats on everything! have you met dr nye yet?he and his staff are great.just plan on waiting cuz hes busy.

Hi, no I haven't met Dr. Nye yet. The 14th will be the first time. I am really looking forward to moving forward with this and I so pray that nothing else stops me from having this surgery or slows down the progress. I know that you are excited about your upcoming surgery. Maybe one day we can meet each other, that would be pretty cool. Wanda

that would be great. my surgery is the day after your first appointmrnt with him. one thing i noticed is everything moved pretty quick. i could have had everything done within a few weeks if it wasnt for having to pay for the pre op appointments, especially the psych eval. and my insurance, tricare moved pretty quick. i dont know if they couldve been faster if Ivan hadnt come through and interupted normal routine but it took about 2 weeks even with that.
