Dr. Allison (Psych) in Pensacola, need phone number

Hi, I was told a while back about a Doctor Allison in Pensacola that does psych evaulations. The person that told me about her had given me her phone number but I have misplaced it. She is retired but does still do these evaluations for gastric bypass, but her phone number is not listed in the phone book. Does anyone know what her phone number is? I have been waiting for my medical records to come in and they are finally here and I can move forward. I wanted to use Dr. Allison because she has had this surgery before and I think would be quite understanding. Thanks for any help that anyone can give me. Wanda
