ACK!! My surgery date has been changed!!!

Susan from Dr. Murr's office just called me and told me that Dr. Murr has to go out of town during the time I am having my surgery. So, instead of me going in on October 12th, I am going in on OCTOBER 7TH!!! Can we say freaked? That's one less weekend for me to prepare. That's 5 days total less to prepare. ARGH!

I think congratulations are in order. That is awesome. I know when I was approved I wanted the surgery date to hurry up and get here. You will do fine. Good Luck and Keep us posted! Christine -70

QUIT YOUR WHINING! Just kidding I know it's stressful anyway when you are so close already, but at least now there will be less of you around on 10/12 than before. Good luck and dont freak out too much

Haha! I know, I shouldn't whine. It was just a shock. I figured out everything I need to do by writing it down and then relaxing. Ok and I had some ice cream from my favorite place because I knew I would probably never have it again. It gave me a belly ache. I doubt I will miss it.

Ah Marcy that is really great...can't wait to hear your on the loosing side, then it should be my turn soon!. I just got off the phone with Dr. Murr. What a gem he is and Ihaven't met him yet! Such a caring man!!!

Yeah, he really is a sweet man and so is Jose in his office. Wonderful people there. It also helps that both he and Jose are good looking! hahaha Your day will come soon!!!!

I know! I couldn't believe how quickly it changed! When Susan called and left me a message saying it was urgent to call her back, I thought something disasterous happened with whatever (cant think of anything offhand) and I was nervous. When she told me they had to move the date, I figured she would say the week after. When she said the 7th, I gasped and she said "Umm are you ok?" Then she kinda laughed and calmed me down. She was a peach. At least I will get out of the hospital right before you go in, so I can post about the experience and we will still be within the same timeframe together. YAY!
