Thanks everyone!

Thanks for all the posts and e-mails about my blood pressure. I'm still bloated but I can feel a difference even after only two doses of the lasix. Goodness, without getting into too many details, this medicine makes me pee every hour or so for about 8 hours after I take it. I have 9 more days of this I told my boyfriend we weren't doing anything this week or weekend unless I could be right next door to a restroom. Thanks again everyone. I appreciate everyone on this Florida board so much!!! To whoever asked where I lived, I live in South Miami.

Shayna, I've been on Lasix for years and still have the "potty problem" for 2-3 hours after I take it each morning. My reaction is still pretty strong b/c I retain fluid in my legs while I sleep so I have to get it out each morning. The good news is that once you get all the excess flluid out of your system it does slack off from what you're having now. It sounds like your dr. thinks you may not even need to keep taking it after the 10 days which is great. So just hang out near the potty for a few more days and hopefully it will be over soon.
