Anybody have any experience with them or know what their requirements are for WLS?

i have never even herd of them... mabye you can check out thier webpage or just call them and ask them stright up

Ted, the best thing is to just call them. They will tell you if they cover WLS and what are the qualifications. I have United Health Care and thats what I did. I was very lucky. My policy does not require any precert as long as I have it at the hospital I work for. But every policy with every company is different.
