Frustration
Thank you so much to everyone *****sponded to my post. I really means alot to me that y'all took the time to try and offer advise. I had no idea one could shrink the pouch but that is encouraging. That probably is my best bet. I have always been a grazer so eating big meals isn't the problem and I drink the required water. I also drink two protein shakes a day which together have 50 gr. of protein plus I eat other protein in my food so I think that should be enough. I have lost about 65 lbs so far so that isn't too bad but I need to loose about 65 moore. I am just going to have to try harder and hope that the problem will pass..hopefully very soon. I drink 2 cups of green tea a day and I wonder if that is increasing my appitite. I will stop drinking it and see if that helps,too. Thanks so much for all the words of wisdom.
