I'm Back

Hi everyone! I'm back from vacation in Niagara Falls and it was ok, had a decent time but it was quite cold and now I'm sick Looks like I've missed a lot...Kimie, you had your surgery by now I'm sure. Glad things are going so well. You'll have to drop me an e-mail. And Tracey, what are you doing going and getting sick like that!?!?! I hadn't heard from you and I get back to find this? You'll be the death of me woman Otherwise, I'm good and realized I am down to three weeks before surgery. Time sure has flown...can't wait to get it done though, vacation was BAD for my Pre-Op diet...the all-u-can-eat buffet at the casino was just WRONG!!!!!!!! All my best to everyone! Missed you guys! I was wondering what happened to you. I am sorry to hear your sick now. I am better now, eating soft food again...and plenty of it. I was scared I was eating too much, but now I am sure I am eating the right amounts finally. I am getting energy again and I have dropped the few pounds I gained plus some now. Your day is coming up fast and I am sure time will fly for you. And about your slip up on the pre-op diet...soon your body won't let that happened Tracey

Thanks for the encouragement Tracey! And I knew you'd get back to losing soon, it's a trial and error process anyway. Did you have any more hurricane problems while I was gone? We had a ton of tornadoes down this way yesterday out of nowhere, it was weird! Danielle

I don't think so...hmmm. I think life is getting back to normal, but I am still telling time by hurricanes. Vet called the other day and I said Ok I gave the pill to the dog after Charley but before Frances, that did make me laugh. We still have boards up on our big windows, debating whether to take them down or not...or we are just lazy I hope those tornadoes didn't cause more yardwork for you and your mom. I truly hate yardwork...(gazes out the window at the brush pile in the backyard) Tracey
