Newbie
Hey all,
I'm new to the board. I had DS surgery with Dr. Kim at Celebration. I'm a little better than 2 months post-op and have lost 80 pounds so far. But I'm still having problems taking the vitamins. Has anyone found a liquid or something that works for them? I go to get my first blood work done in a couple of weeks and I'm afraid it won't be good. Thanks.

Bobby,
Welcome to the FL board! Awesome job on your weightloss so far! I'm anxious to see the results of my bloodwork too. There are some liquid vitamins out there. I bought some but havent tried them yet since I bought too much of everything before surgery. I am still trying to finish my huge bottles of flintstone vitamins and others right now. There is also a brand that is in crystal form that you mix into juice, crystal light or water, I got a sample of those too but havent tried them yet. Once I try them, I'll post and let folks know my "review". Sorry, I'm not much help, but welcome to our world anyway
!

Hi Bobby,
I was shopping online just prior to reading this post trying to order me some vitamins, b-12, and some sort of protein.
Let me tell ya what I found, I found some B-12 dots cheap and some Regular Protein Liq 32 oz pretty cheap as well. I found that stuff on Doctors trust website.
I also found some Liquid Vitamins 32oz bottle, you mix 1 oz with water.
On another site.
I also have had trouble taking any and all pills so liquid is my best option right now as well.
Good Luck,
MICHELLE.
