ARGH!!

I called United Healthcare and they said a determination has been made for my surgery, but IT DOESN'T SAY WHAT THE DETERMINATION IS!! There is also no nurse assigned to my case, so........ the rep gave me a voicemail to call. A letter was sent out yesterday, but that doesn't help me NOW! My heart is beating out of my chest here. I am scared and excited and freaked all at once. If it was denied, wouldn't they have denied it earlier? ARGH!!!
