Question of the Day

Last week we found out how many homes some of us have lived in since birth. Today, let's see how many cars you have driven (ones that you can claim as your own, not borrowed). For me, it is a total of 8 cars since I got my first car when I graduated from highschool. Some of those cars still make me smile when I think about them (probably because of the time in my life, the roadtrips or going out with friends) and some others are just a bad memory or rattletraps So... how many cars have you had????? It was a long time before I owned a car myself. Mainly because when I got married He had 5 cars so I could drive whatever I wanted. I then got a divorce in which I became the proud owner of my very first car. I Dodge Lancer slant 6 Stick shift. The great thing was I did not know how to drive a stick. Then there were 4 more junkers and finally a new car, that I wore out. I now have my 7th, a van. I am sure there will be more before I quit driving. Oh by the way I do know how to drive a stick, Thanks Wayne gail

After last week's question, I thought about the number of cars we've (hubby and I) owned. I really don't think I could come up with the right number. This would have really been a good questions when I was shuttered in with no electricity. We could have made it a family game...... I personally have owned 2 and that was prior to marriage. I have owned 9 cars since I was a teenager. That does not include any of my husband's trucks. I just bought a new GMC Envoy and I love it! Have a happy day! Christine

I believe it's been 6 1982 Subaru 1991 Dodge Spirit 1995 Mitsubishi Galant 1984 Toyota MR2 1996 Nissan Altima 2000 Toyota Echo In between there I borrowed cars and such

I don't think I can remember how many cars I've had, but I have established a trend. It seems that I only like every other car I buy! Luckily the car I have now is good and I like it, but the next car - watch out!! Jan

I'm a truck woman..Right now I have a F350- 4 door, diesel, that I love, I would have to buy the same thing if I went shopping, so I think I'll just keep this one. Before that 3 trucks and a van from hell. It was new when I got it and in the shop at least 20 times before I traded it in. When I was 16 I had alittle car. That makes - 6. tina

Well, my first car when I turned 16...it was a maroon 2 door hatch back, 5 speed Isuzu...and boy, did I do a lot to that car, bit it kept running!!...When I graduated high school I got a new Geo Storm, bright green..(the Isuzu got passed on to a cousin, because as ugly as it was, it would just not quit going!) The Storm lasted me through college, lots of road trips and lots of weekends going home! When I got my first "real" job, I then passed it on to my sister, as her first car and I got a new Ford F150....green, 5 speed!! I loved my truck!!!....5 years later, though I moved into a condo and had to get rid of it!! :o(...Now for the past year I have been driving a Taurus!!..So I guess that makes a total of 4!!
