Patty,
Welcome out from the shadows! Congrats on your weightloss, that is incredible, 38lbs in less than a month. You should feel so proud!
I got numerous samples of protein powders from different websites and now I wind up drinking the ready-made ones I can get at Target or Walmart most of the time because I can grab and go. I like EAS brand Choc and Vanilla and their coffee flavored ones too. If it is a mix, I like Elite Chocolate and Proplete Banana. I know a lot of folks are adding unflavored protein or powdered skim milk to Carb Countdown choc milk to increase the protein count, unfortunately since surgery I dont do dairy well so I am a little leary to try it.
Keep up the great work and please post again.
