Sherri,
Congratulations and keep up the great job!
Isnt it amazing? I know how you must feel since I was also over the big 4-0-0 when I started. I am so pleased to not have much back pain, my knees feel better, I dont huff and puff when I try to do ANYTHING. I love that I can go shopping without having to sit down to rest. I dont know about you, but I felt my life had stopped before surgery. I was sitting on the sidelines watching everyone else do things and I just couldnt imagine being a participant again. What a difference today!
You have done a fantastic job, keep it up!
Amy
