One Year Anniversary!
good morning everyone! It just hit me as I sat here typing at work that today is my one year anniversary! Wow, what a difference a year can make! One year ago today I was at 290, with a BMI of 41, I was unhappy, uncomfortable physically and emotionally...Now, one year later Im at 166 (-124 pounds!) 
Im 16 pounds away from goal, my BMI is 23, I feel healthy, happier than before although I still have a lot to work on! Life has certainly changed for me in the past year, but I have no regrets at all, would I do it again??? in a heart beat....and of course another great thing that has happened to me in the last year is being able to talk to all of you, my wonderful extended family! thanks for being here for me the last year!!!!
