Going to Disney this weekend...

Well if it's still there I have a confernce in Orlando this coming weekend and it's my birthday so I gave myself a hopper pass to Disney World. Anyone planning on being there? I would love to have someone to go partying with! I'm going to Pleasure Island one night.

If I were you I would call first to make sure they plan on opening. Frances just went through here and Ivan is next.

Sarah, Disney should be open unless Ivan is going to be a direct hit on the Orlando area and/or the county establishes mandatory curfews. They won't close unless they have to, just too much lost revenue. Too soon to tell on Ivan, but hope for the best-anticipate the worst. Enjoy yourself

Just saw on the Weather Channel that Disney is open today (Monday, 9/6), so is Universal & Sea World. Unless Ivan makes a fast track that way I expect they'll be open next weekend, too.
