Weather report, please

Well, I have been watching the weather channel until I am almost dizzy. What I want to know is if I can get some weather info from people actually there. How is everyone? I know Francis is sneaking up the coast at this time. Anyone getting bad stuff yet. How about you all in Orlando area? Since they don't know which way or when this storm is doing its bit we all are just waiting around here. If it comes across the land to the Gulf (which one of their experts said) I guess we will have to think of what to do. I don't know where anyone can go so I guess we would just stay unless we have to head to Alabama. Seems places are filled and reports from this area say no vacancies in hotels almost to atlanta. Carol, Was reading that folks were heading up this way. This way being North Carolina. I'm praying for all of you there as I have FAMILY in Fort White and Lake City. I know their fairly far inland but worried about flooding and all that stuff. So good luck dear and remember all of you there are in my prayers. Respectfully Debbie Dickson

Carol... I know what you mean. The roads have been hectic here in Dothan today. Highway 231 north and south was nearly bumber to bumper. Good thing I knwo the back roads around here . Be safe. From what I see it will just be a depression by the time it gets to us on Monday. My prayers go out to all that are in this things way though. DO be safe and come back soon!! Hurricane Frances Becky

I worked all day today and as the day wore on, the traffic was lighter and lighter all over the city of Ocala! Downtown was nearly deserted by mid-afternoon when I went through. After work I went to the Publix, knowing it would be crowded and would be a ton of bare shelves, but to my amazement, it wasn't really crowded at all, and there were TONS of cases of water all over the store!! I don't know if 67 cents is a good price for a gallon of water, but I got 4 just in case. I haven't stopped praying for God's mercy on Florida and I'm grateful that the storm has lessened some. Jan

Amen to that. I have done some double time praying for Florida and all its people. Also the other states that Frances just might want to visit. I was in Tallahassee today and met a couple with two teenage boys that were from Vero Beach. They were just proud to be up this way but they were worn out. They got here Wed and said already most the hotels were filled. Lets just hope morning brings good news to us all and Francis has gotten over her "fit" and has calmed down. Lets send her away to bother no one.
