Help, Tummy pain

Ok, now I have tummy pain. Feels as if I pulled something. It is around one of the holes from surgery. There is no redness, just pain. I am back to being unable to bend, hurts when I set in chair and attempt to pull myself out of chair. I wore shorts yesterday and the band was tight across the point of the pain. Last night, I could not even lay down to sleep. I took a pain pill in afternoon and one last night. Anyone else have this problem? I have a call in to doctor. Oh and the pain went up into breast. Help. Marla
