staples out & weighed in

Hello I went yesterday and got my staples out and weighed in and man I almost cried I have lost a total of 32 pounds. 12 while I was two weeks pre op on the protein shakes and 20 pounds 10 days out of surgery... It just feels so good I had to share it with you all. Thank you all for being there for me, I could not have done it without any of you!!! Love you all ~ MY WLS Family Robin
