im having lapband done in mexico will there be any florida meetings etc i can come to and meet other lapband patients etc?

There are support groups all over Florida, so I'm sure you will be able to find one near you, but I must confess that I don't really know where you are located.

I dont know what groups are near you, but we have a Meet and Greet planned for Altamonte Springs on 8/28 at noon. It is in the Altamonte Mall in the food court. It's very informal and is a great way to meet some of the OH.com Florida folks. I dont know how far that is from Keystone Heights, but there are others who roadtrip for the support and to make some new friends. Best wishes with your surgery
