I had my consult with Dr. Murr

FINALLY! I had my consult today with Jose and Dr. Murr. Both of them were wonderful! Jose was really funny and I felt comfortable talking to him. So, now I wait for them to submit my paperwork to UHC and wait on approval. Keep your fingers crossed that UHC doesn't take their time and they approve me right away!!!! Oh and I guess I will be needing an angel soon!!

It's going to go fine! Just be sure to bring as much documentation and medical records that you can (those pertaining to your weight loss history and medical issues caused by your weight). He doesn't really go over it with you, but you have to bring it anyway. Also, write down all your questions. Chances are Jose will answer all of them before you get to ask, but you may still have some lingering questions. Both Jose and Dr. Murr are wonderful to talk to. Good Luck!!

I hope you dont have to wait long I had my appointment with Dr.Murr on7/19 I already have approval but had to switch surgeons now 3 times (murr is the 3rd) I'm just waiting for dr.murr's office to send letter to my insurrnace that i have changed to him I have BCBS so my time is slowly ticking Nancy
