I was just wondering what you had planned for the day. It seems Sunday is the fastest day of the week. Back to work tomarrow. I got up early did some laundry and cleaned kitchen. Now I'm off to see my mom in the nurseing home. Then I'm off to my daughters to help her with her lawn. She has small babies and needs help watching them while the other does work. Then back home for Church tonight. I can't wait till Thanksgiving to see my all my family. I'm down 40 lbs and I saw one of my brother-in-laws last night that I haven't seen since my surgrey, and he said he didn't even know who I was, thought his brother had a new girl friend. That made me feel good. Every one had a blessed day. And to all pre-ops - OH happy day, soon you will be with us on the losing side. And to all Post-ops - Way to go. Tina

Hi Tina, Happy Sunday. I had my surgery 3 days before you so I love finding people with similar dates to network with. Sunday is my favorite day. I went for my long run this morning (5 miles) and then walked the dog for cool down. THen I will do some quick organizing in the house and off to the pool with a good book. Its finally sunny here on the west coast of florida. My grandson will meet me at the pool and we will play in the water. Congrats on your 40 pounds. I am at 92 pounds and am below 200 for the first time in 20 years. Its a miracle. I feel so great. Yesterday I bought myself a brand new watch to celebrate (instead of celebrating with food) and I got my daughter one also since she is my support person and deserves the kudos. Life is good. Happy Sunday
