question on drinking(non alchol)??

My nutrition said that we should change old habits now so it would not be so bad later and this one i forget what she said -is it we should Start drinking with a straw or STOP drinking with a straw?? Thanks

I would assume it's to stop drinking with a straw because you can get excess air into your pouch by using a straw, I believe.
