Well, I wasn't any of those. I was just so busy playing and such that I never joined any of those groups. When I was in junior high, we lived on a farm and I joined 4-H for a couple years. Took photography and sewing.
Good question, Amy.
Gives us an insight into others again. Thanks for doing the questions daily.
Lots of fun.

I was never in the scouts either, I was busy with riding my schwinn 5 speed with a banana seat.
But from 5th grade until 11th grade, I was in band. It was not a nerd thing either, marching band and camp was hot hard work. Especially for a kid of size. The travel and music and friends were all a huge impact on my life.

Hi Amy,
I look forward to your questions every day. I look at the boards when I am eating lunch at my desk. It helps me to eat slowly because I type in between bites....lol. I guess you are helping me be successful in my program.....thanks.
I was a brownie and then a girl scout for one year like you also. I got into playing sports for school and did not have time for girl scouts. I have not thought of those memories in a long time.
Thanks again,
Christine

I went to church programs that were very similar: Sunbeams and Girl Guards. We had meetings every week -- doing real neat stuff and a 1 wk camp every summer. My last event was as an instructor and we had an national week long camp out at Mt. Rushmore. I think there was about 800 girls and leaders. It was great!
