Great news!
Last week, I struggled to get the scale to move at all and I knew it was my first plateau. I tried to not get discouraged and kept doing the same things that had benefited my weightloss in the previous weeks. Got all my water in, reduced my fruit intake, focused on my protein, etc. Well, I got on the scale on Friday morn and had lost 3 lbs. Then I got on today and had lost another 5lbs. I guess they are right when they say your body needs some time to catch up. I am officially down 68 lbs tonight and will hit my 9 week anniversary on Wednesday. Now, if I could just get those cute red pants I bought on sale to just button, I would be loving life

Congratulations Amy, it's funny how you can not lose any weight for a week and then lose 3-5 pounds overnight, but I have seen it happen. I am at the point now, where if I don't do everything just right I don't lose. If I eat anything wrong, or eat too much, no weight loss for 3 or 4 days. Once again congratulations on all your weight loss.
