SING WITH ME!!!!!

All together now.... What a difference a day makes, 24 little hours..... My surgeon's office faxed my records to Aetna yesterday, and this afternoon I got a call from Heather at the surgeon's office and I HAVE BEEN APPROVED FOR SURGERY!!!!! I cannot believe it!!!! She was sooo sweet and patient while I screamed and yelped into the phone!! I nearly cried from the excitement!! I really, really attribute 1/2 of the success to my thorough records and the other half of the success to your prayers for me!!! Thanks so very, very much!!!! So to be a loser, Jan

Jan, Great news! I cant believe you didnt cry...I blubbered like a baby when they called me with my approval. I agree, your organization and thoroughness, as well as, the prayers played a role in your quick approval. I bet you will fall asleep with a huge grin on your face tonight. Congrats, Amy

You guys are the best!! I was told that the date will be early September, but the scheduling person wasn't there today. They won't schedule it until they have the approval in writing which will probably be no later than Friday. The funny thing is that I have 8 days of vacation that I need to take before the end of August, but my boss doesn't want me to take them right now, so he's authorizing them to be paid out to me. Needless to say, I'll pocket that money for when I'm recuperating!! Amy, I think I didn't cry because I honestly had so much peace about all this. I asked for prayer and believed I got it and I prayed myself and I just always knew in my heart that it was going to be fine. I will tell you though that when my work cell phone rang and the voice said "this is Heather from Dr. Jawad's office" I was momentarily startled and then all the blood drained from my face and my throat closed up. I told her I was sitting down and she should go ahead. It was a precious moment!! Thanks again for all your support!!!! Hugs, Jan
