WAAAAAAA! I have hives :(
Your day sounds like my everyday. Hives, hives, hives...alleric to foods, perservatives, meds, latex and that is where mine started yesterday. My Gastro dr was using someone else office while his new office gets up and running, they only had latex gloves...of course when I left there was welts on my face. Then this afternoon had to get blood work and she used latex as well so tonight I am covered in hives again.
Glad you got to take a benedryl nap, and feel better. My body is so used to benedryl, I change off to atarax (scrip) every other 4 hours.
Ginny,
I cant imagine having these buggers on a regular basis...yowzee! My 44 y/o sister was recently diagnosed as being allergic to wheat, yeast and rice. She never anticipated it was from any those ingredients, she kept switching detergents, shampoos, soaps, etc with no long-lasting results. Well, she kept getting hives and finally went and got tested. I just hope this was a one time occurrence for me and that it really was that BBQ sauce.
Take care,
Amy
