You helped again!

After some good advice and a big nudge from a member of this board...I called my insurer to see if perhaps they lost my records. A search for my file was made and no file was found... then a more extensive search was made and my file turned up in the correspondence department, second file in the pile, for a typest who called off sick today! ITS APPROVED! now I will happily wait for Susan in Dr. Murr's office to call me with the plan! I am truly on my way. I want to thank this board for all their sound advise. You all have kept me sane for the past month. Now I'll be posting all the questions that I have already read the answers to...just to make sure...or will it be for the support...reassurance...and the nudging? Thanks!

Rosie! Aint it grand! Approved, so glad you followed up with ins co. Now the fun part begins. And time passes so fast. I thought a month ago, this week would never arrive, but it has. One week from today, I will be on loosing side. I will see you there. Marla
