another empty support page

Thank you Mady...When I roam around and see all the empty pages, I just think I need more people like you ....People that will take the time to actually Take the time to post on the surgery support pages!! I am new to the board and do not have a surgery date scheduled yet...but how do I create my own...I have seen many that have pictures and pretty backgrounds, etc?
