I've got a date!!!!

My re-birth date is August 11th!!! We had left Friday and gone camping in Madison and when we got back there was a message to call Heather at Dr. Jawad's office. So bright and early Monday I called. Heather said "When would you like to schedule your surgery?" I said "Tomorrow would be good." She said "How about Aug. 11th?" I said "If that is the first opening." She then told me that she did not have the last word in scheduling and someone would call me in a few days to confirm this date if it was okay. Well, today I couldn't wait any longer so I called them and they said it's a go!!! I guess Amy B. really is the WLS Fairy! At least one of my wishes has come true already. I think the others will too, well maybe not the third one, but that's okay. I am very excited and could not wait to post. My husband doesn't even know yet. He's at work and I can't reach him unless it's an emergency.

Joy, I can't officially sign up to be your angel until August, but if you go to someone's surgery support page, it says in the corner if they don't have an angel. If you click on that, the duties are listed there, but basically it's someone to give support, make sure that others sign your support page, print out the page and get it to you in the hospital, post your progress after your surgery and stuff like that. It's not a very taxing job really, but since we live so close I thought we should really should be there for each other! I'm sooooo excited for you!! I hope I'm right behind you!! Erika, can you wave some of your pixie dust at me for that since you seem to be so good at it????
