Federal Employee & Lap Band

Am moving to Florida soon and was wondering if anyone has info about BC/BS Federal health insurance and if they cover lap band surgery--they cover gastric bypass, but not adjustable gastric bypass--they don't in NJ, but heard each state is different. Anyone have an y info about this? Thanks
