6 WKS WHAT DO YOU EAT?
I am 7 weeks today and I have been eating soups, small salads (with field greens, not iceberg), some fruit (strawberries, pineapple, melons), egg salad, tuna salad, chicken salad, chili, hummus, soy crisps (love Stacy's sweet BBQ), shrimp, yogurt with some Kashi Go Lean added sometimes and lots of creamed spinach (Boston Market) or pintos and cheese (Taco Bell) among the other things I could eat earlier. I cant eat much meat yet so most of protein comes from shakes and bars. I bought a stuffed portabello at Whole Foods deli so I am going to try that tonight.
Just remember to take it slow and chew thoroughly when you start to move into solids, I have to remind myself that too.
